Q – Do I live in your area?
A – Please check our Ottawa service area map to see if we service your street.
Q – When do you go out to remove the snow?
A – We go out as soon as there is 5cm of accumulation on the ground and make multiple visits during big storms. However, we do clean up a lot of the small 3cm snow falls throughout the season.
Q – Do you clean up after the city plow passes?
A – Yes, we are usually there within minutes to clean up after the Ottawa city plow has gone by.
Q – Do you have an annual centimetre cap in your snow removal contracts?
A – Unique to Odie’s Landscape and Snow Removal, we do not have an annual centimetre cap in our contracts therefore you are covered for the whole season regardless of how much snow we get.
Q – What if we have a car parked in the driveway?
A – If you park your car as close to your garage and as far over to one side as possible we can usually get up to the garage beside your car and behind it.
Q – When do you put up the driveway markers?
A – We will start putting our snow removal markers up on and after Nov. 1st. We will usually take them down no later than April 15th depending on weather.
